**Travel Disclaimer for Group Travel Arranged by Tulsa Performing Arts Center (TPAC)** 

Thank you for participating in this group travel experience. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding this trip: 

1. Third-Party Provider Responsibility: The travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary, are organized by TPAC, through third-party providers. The group organizer (TPAC) is not liable for any changes, cancellations, or issues arising from the third-party provider's services. 

2. Group Transportation: TPAC will provide group transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport as part of the travel package. 

3. Additional Transportation Costs: While New York City is a walkable city, any additional transportation costs, such as taxis, rideshares, subway fares, or other transit expenses, will be the responsibility of the individual travelers. 

4. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits paid to secure participation in this trip are non-refundable, as determined by the policies of the third-party providers. 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Payments made toward the trip may be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the third-party provider. Any deadlines for refunds or cancellations will be communicated, but it is the responsibility of the participant to comply with those terms. 

6. Unalterable Packages: The travel package is offered as a pre-arranged itinerary, and no modifications can be made to the schedule, accommodations, or other trip components. 

7. Changes to Travel Arrangements: Any requests for changes to flight details, accommodations, or other trip components must be submitted directly to the third-party travel provider. Additional fees or penalties may apply and will be the responsibility of the participant. 

8. No Travel Insurance Provided: Please note that travel insurance is not provided as part of this package. Participants are welcome to purchase travel insurance independently to cover unforeseen circumstances.

9. Refunds for Cancellations: In the event of cancellations, TPAC will distribute refunds to participants in accordance with the refund policies of the airline, hotel, and third-party providers. Refund amounts and timelines will depend on these external policies and are not guaranteed. 

10. Liability Waiver: By participating in this trip, you agree to release the group organizer (TPAC) from any liability related to delays, cancellations, or other issues that may arise from the services provided by the third-party provider. 

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. For any questions or concerns regarding your trip, please contact the third-party travel provider directly.
