LOCATION
The Performing Arts Center is located in downtown Tulsa on Cincinnati Avenue between 2nd and 3rd Streets.
Access to the Chapman Music Hall is on 3rd Street.
Access to the Williams, Doenges and Norman Theatres is on 2nd Street.
The main ticket office is located in the 3rd Street Lobby.
Doors open at 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, except for days when Tulsa Town Hall events are held, in which case, the doors open at 9 a.m.
The mailing address for the Tulsa Performing Arts Center is 110 E. 2nd St., Tulsa, OK 74103-3212.

PARKING
There are multiple opportunities for parking within walking distance of the building. The first is located directly to the east of the building, bordered by Detroit and Cincinnati Avenues and 2nd and 3rd Streets. There is also a parking lot directly south of the building and another on the southeast corner of Third and Cincinnati. There is also an underground parking garage that connects directly to our entrances and the Hyatt Regency Hotel, which can be accessed on 2nd Street. These parking areas are not owned or operated by the TPAC and will vary in price from lot to lot.
SECOND STREET THEATRES
(WILLIAMS THEATRE, DOENGES THEATRE, NORMAN THEATRE)
From 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Once inside, the ticket office is located to your right. Take the grand staircase down to the Lower Lobby, which includes entrances to the three theatres, concession areas, restrooms and drinking fountains. Elevator access to the Lower Lobby can be found through the hallway to the right of the grand staircase, which should be taken to level L.
From the Parking Garage: Enter through the doors located on the east side of the garage. The doors on the Middle (Purple) and Lower (Blue) levels open almost directly into the Lower Lobby space. Please note, there is a small flight of stairs from each of these levels to the Lower Lobby, but an accessibility lift is also provided. From the Upper (Red) level, take the short flight of stairs, or the accessibility lift, down. If you need to pick up or purchase tickets, follow the hallway to your left to the ticket office, which will also be located on your left. To access the Lower Lobby, which includes entrances to the three theatres, concession areas, restrooms and drinking fountains, use the elevator to the right of where you entered and take it to level L.
THIRD STREET THEATRES
(CHAPMAN MUSIC HALL, WESTBY PAVILION, LAFORTUNE STUDIO)
Chapman, from 3rd Street: Use the south entrance located on 3rd Street. In the main Lobby, you will find the ticket office, coat check and restrooms along the back wall. The main bar is in the center of the lobby, and the concession areas are located on the right and lefthand sides of the lobby doors. All three levels can be accessed from the two elevators found on the west wall, which is to your left as you enter the building. The Orchestra entrance can be found on level O, the Mezzanine on level M and Balcony on level B. If you would rather, you may take either set of stairs to the left or right to the Orchestra Level. The Mezzanine and Balcony levels can only be accessed from the east stairwell, which is to your right as you enter the building.
Chapman, from Garage: From the street level, take the elevator on the southeast side of the parking garage to level G then follow the ramp to the main lobby.
Promenade/Chapman from 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Follow the hallway to the right of the grand staircase, and take the elevator to Level P.
Promenade from 3rd Street: Use the south entrance located on 3rd Street. Take the west staircase, located on your left as you enter the building, up one flight and go through the glass doors.

ADA
ADA-compliant entry doors are available at the entrances on both 2nd Street and 3rd Street — both entrances are covered by canopies. All theatres are accessible.
Second Street Theatres (Williams Theatre, Doenges Theatre, Norman Theatre)
From 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Once inside, the ticket office is located to your right. Elevator access to the Lower Lobby can be found through the hallway to the right of the grand staircase, which should be taken to level L.

The main bar is in the center of the lobby, and the concession areas are located on the right- and left-hand sides of the lobby doors. Use the elevator on the west side of the lobby and take it to the Orchestra Level, labeled O. Please find an usher, who will ensure you enter the Hall from the correct entrance.
Chapman, from Garage: From the street level, use the elevator in the southeast corner of the garage and go to level G. Once on the Gallery level, turn left and use the ramp to access the 3rd Street Lobby. Once in the lobby, use the lobby elevators located on the west wall to go to the Orchestra Level, O. Please find an usher, who will ensure you enter the Hall from the correct entrance.
Chapman from 2nd Street: Use the north entrance located on 2nd Street. Follow the hallway to the right of the grand staircase and take the elevator to Level P. Turn left and left again and look for an Usher in a maroon jacket, who will help you the rest of the way. Please find an usher, who will ensure you enter the Hall from the correct entrance.

You may enter the Performing Arts Center two hours before the starting time of an event.
Seating policies are at the discretion of each presenting organization.
If you arrive late and are held out, you can watch the performance from the TV monitors located on all three levels of the Chapman Music Hall and in the 2nd Street Lower Lobby. Holdouts generally last a few minutes — until there is a break in the action. However, the presenting organization may ask that patrons be held out until intermission.
If you must leave once inside the theatre, you may not be allowed to re-enter until intermission. Please retain your ticket stub in case you are asked to show it upon re-entering the theatre.

The TPAC has a Listen Technologies RF system to assist people who are deaf or hard of hearing. Access to this system is available at the coat check area for shows in the Chapman Music Hall. Ask the house manager on duty for equipment for shows in the Williams, Doenges and Norman Theatres. Devices are provided at no cost.

Each event’s presenting organization, the TPAC website and the TPAC ticket office will carry information regarding a program’s suitability for children. Presenting organizations may ask that no children be admitted due to adult program content.
For all TPAC events, every person who enters the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Certain presenters may allow children who are sitting on an accompanying adult's lap to have a free ticket. Please check with the presenting organization or the TPAC ticket office for information regarding specific performances. Some presenters may offer a reduced ticket price for students and children.
Booster seats are available at the entrances to the theatres. Changing tables are available in TPAC restrooms.

All bags subject to search upon entry. Backpacks and bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6” are not permitted.

You may check your coat in the 3rd Street Lobby of Chapman Music Hall. There is no coat check available in the 2nd Street Upper Lobby for events in the Williams, Doenges or Norman Theatres.
Binoculars are available in the 3rd Street Lobby for events such as opera, ballet and Broadway musicals. For security, patrons must also leave a credit card or driver’s license until the equipment is returned.

Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, water and a variety of snacks are available for purchase in the TPAC lobbies. Only snacks, bottled soft drinks and water with lids are allowed in our theatres.
For all other beverages sold by concessions, only those in cups with lids, which are sold at the concession stands, are allowed in the theatres.
In order to not disturb other patrons, please unwrap candy before the performance starts or during intermission.

Please silence all cell phones and messaging systems before entering the theatre.
Please note there is absolutely no photography or recording allowed during any show, and the light from cell phones may disturb other patrons and performers.

Very few events held at the TPAC are formal. The level of dress is generally casual to business casual. Your comfort is our biggest concern. Some patrons enjoy dressing up. Others are most comfortable in jeans. Rest assured, you will see a little of everything.

In order to find you quickly in case a personal emergency arises during an event, it is a good idea to leave your seat location and the name of the event you are attending with someone you trust.

The cancellation of performances, and refunds or exchanges due to severe weather, is decided upon by the presenting organization.
The TPAC will post cancellation notifications on all social media accounts — Facebook, Twitter and Instagram — and the TPAC website.

INTERMISSION is the official program for events held at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. This magazine contains short informational pieces about current and upcoming events as well as other arts-related information.
Program information specific to the event being attended is provided by presenting organizations and inserted into the magazine. The organization presenting the event may choose not to supply program information.

Charter bus rentals to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center are available through a variety of providers, including National Charter Bus, GOGO Charters, and Shofur.

Should you misplace anything while at the TPAC, please check with an usher or house manager. If your item cannot be located before you leave the premises, or if you don’t know something is missing until later, you may call the TPAC at (918) 596-7122.
Items found in the theatre are kept in the security office, which is located just inside the stage door.

Taking photos — with or without flash — and videos or recording an event in any manner is prohibited.
The taking of flash photography can be dangerous for the performers.
Recording devices, cameras and cell phones with built-in cameras may be confiscated should this rule be broken.

Restrooms are located on the balcony, mezzanine and 3rd Street Lobby floors for Chapman events and immediately adjacent to the 2nd Street Lower Lobby for events in the other theatres.
A large suite of restrooms is also located on the Promenade level. Chapman Music Hall patrons can exit the west doors of the theatre for easy access.

Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog that has been individually trained to perform tasks or do work for the benefit of a person with a disability. The tasks or work the animal does must be directly related to the person's disability.
Oklahoma law applies only to guide, signal, or service dogs who assist those who are blind, deaf or hard of hearing, or otherwise physically disabled. A service dog must be individually trained to a physically disabled person's requirements. The law doesn't apply to other types of animals, nor to dogs who assist those with other types of disabilities, such as psychiatric or other mental disabilities.

The TPAC is a tobacco-free facility. Smoking and vaping are not permitted, nor is the use of chewing tobacco.
Please also be aware that many people are allergic to cologne and perfume.
The TPAC is a "no carry" facility and firearms will not be permitted.
