You should be given all discount options that apply when purchasing online, but if you have any questions regarding discounts, you can always call the ticket office directly. If you sign up to receive presale and discount notifications on www.tulsapac.com, you will receive those in your email inbox before tickets go on sale to the general public. Lost/Non-Received Tickets
If, for any reason, your tickets do not make it with you to the show, we can reprint them at the ticket office window at no charge.
If the "Tickets @ Home" feature was used at the time of purchase, a confirmation email should have been sent to you. In this email, there is a link to print your tickets. If you still have trouble, we can print your tickets for you when you come to the show at no charge.
Gift Certificates
TPAC no longer offers gift certificates. Previously issued gift certificates can still be used through the ticket office directly at 918-596-7111.
Ticketmaster gift cards can be used for select events directly through Ticketmaster.com. The TPAC box office does not accept Ticketmaster gift cards.
Available By Subscription
Tickets for some shows can be obtained earlier than the general on-sale date by purchasing them as part of a season ticket package, which usually includes at least two other shows. Tickets to individual shows go on sale a month or more before the show opens. Touring shows often put their tickets on sale several months ahead of time.
