Login Troubleshooting

  • Signing Up on a Computer

    • Go to tulsapac.com

    • Click LOGIN

      • This can be found in the top, right side of the screen

    • Click Sign Up

      • This can be found near the top of the screen titled Sign In to Tulsa Performing Arts Center, just to the right of the line that says New to Ticketmaster?

    • Enter your information and click Next

    • Confirm your email and cell phone number with the codes sent to each

  • Signing Up on a Phone

    • On your smart phone, go to tulsapac.com

    • Click MENU

    • Click LOGIN

      • This can be found at the bottom of the screen

    • Click Sign Up

      • This can be found near the top of the screen titled Sign In to Tulsa Performing Arts Center, just to the right of the line that says New to Ticketmaster?

    • Enter your information and click Next

    • Confirm your email and cell phone number with the codes sent to each

  • Unable to Sign Up

    • If you receive a message that you already have an account, try clicking SIGN IN instead.

    • If you have forgotten your SIGN IN password, please click Forgot Password underneath the password field to reset it.

  • Unable to Sign In

    • If you are unable to Sign In, you probably have not yet signed up on our new platform, Ticketmaster. Please follow the instructions above to Sign up on your computer or smart phone.

Your Phone Is Your Ticket Troubleshooting

  • Viewing Tickets

    • Using your smart phone, log in to tulsapac.com

    • Go to My Events

    • Click on the event in question and press View Event Details

    • Press the word Tickets

    • The seating location for each ticket will be listed. Press on Seat/Ticket Location for each ticket to show the barcode for that ticket

    • These bar codes can be scanned or added to Google or Apple wallets

    • On Google wallet, tickets will show a barcode to be scanned. On Apple wallet, tickets will show a graphic that can be scanned.

  • Tickets on Apple or Google Wallets

    • Adding tickets to Apple or Google wallets allows you to scan your tickets while offline for entry into the theatre. If scanning directly from tulsapac.com, you will need to be connected to Wi-Fi, which can sometimes be difficult to do.

    • iPhone: Tickets added to Apple wallets will not show a barcode. Instead, a graphic will appear that can be scanned.

    • Android: Tickets added to Google wallets will show a barcode, which can be scanned.

    • Safe Tickets Error Message: Each Ticketmaster account can only be linked to one Apple ID or Google account. If more than one person attempts to log in to the same account, the first user will be able to save the ticket to the wallet. The second user will receive an error message and will not be able to save the ticket.

Transfer Tickets Troubleshooting

  • The transferring of tickets will only work IF the transfer option is available on for that event. If you are unable to transfer tickets, it is likely not an option for that event.

  • On the Computer

    • Go to tulsapac.com

    • Click LOGIN

      • This can be found in the top, right side of the screen

    • Click My Events

    • Click Transfer Tickets

      • This can be found in the upper right corner of your screen

    • Follow the instructions given

  • On the Phone

    • On your smart phone, go to tulsapac.com

    • Click MENU

    • Click LOGIN

      • This can be found at the bottom of the screen

    • Click My Events

    • Click Transfer Tickets

      • This can be found in the upper right corner of your screen

    • Follow the instructions given
